Through our network of owned and partner factories, we produce in Bangladesh, India, Vietnam, Turkey, Portugal, Morocco, Egypt and China. We specialize in knitted products (jersey, leisure, ribs, dresses, sets), casual wovens (casual trousers, denim, casual tops/jackets), Outerwear and footwear for Women, Men and Kids/Baby.

SAMPLE SECTION

We have in house sample units in Bangladesh and China to provide our clients with regular new designs based on the latest designs and trends, supported by our EU-based design teams. We also provide extensive digital/3D prototyping services.

OWNED PRODUCTION FACILITIES IN BANGLADESH

We own 4 factories in Bangladesh. Owning our own production sites gives us deep insight into good practice in social, environmental and health and safety management. We hold our own factories to exemplary levels of responsible manufacturing practice, demonstrating the standard we expect to see in our partner factories. We are experienced in mapping our business relationships through Tier 2 and beyond, in line with our client requirements.

Padma Textiles operates
four production facilities in Bangladesh:

SATURN TEXTILES LTD KNIT DIVISION

Cutting, sewing, printing and finishing with production capacity of 1.5m pc / month for all types of knitted garments (T-shirts, Polo-Shirts, Tank Tops, Joggers, Sweats, Nightwear & Boxer Shorts), and printing capacity of 2 million pc/month.

SATURN TEXTILES LTD WOVEN DIVISION

Cutting, sewing, finishing with a capacity of 4.5 million pc / year for a wide range of woven garments, including denim and non-denim (heavy and medium fabric) casual trousers, chinos, shorts, casual shirts, capris, and skirts.

ALFA PATTERN BD LTD

Cutting, sewing and finishing with production capacity of 170,000 pc / month for a wide range of woven garments (tops & bottoms), including denim and non-denim (heavy and medium fabric), shirts, casual trousers, cargos, chinos, shorts, skirts, and kids sets.

JAROMS INDUSTRIES LTD

Cutting, sewing and finishing with production capacity of 700,000 pc / month for all kinds of knitted garments (T-shirts, Polo-Shirts, Tank Tops, Joggers, Sweats, Nightwear & Boxer Shorts).

IN HOUSE LAB

We also have an in house lab under construction, due to open towards the end of 2026.

In addition to our own production factories, we have built strong relationships with partners in Bangladesh, India, Vietnam, Turkey, Portugal, Morocco, Egypt, and China. Because we also own our own facilities, we are a trusted partner for factories globally, for whom we can provide guidance on best practice, required standards, and quality and technical support. By offering sourcing from short and long lead time routes our clients can achieve true ‘global sourcing’, allowing them to balance cost and flexibility to optimise sales and profits.

TRACEABILITY
& TRANSPARENCY

We are experienced in providing full traceability and transparency for our garments. In our own factories we have a robust internal ERP system in place known as “TARGET” which covers the entire order process from booking to export.

We are also experienced in using traceability tools in line with our client requirements, including Extranet for Inditex, TrusTrace , ERP Voltea, and SAP. In addition to these tools, we carry out traceability audits such as waybill checks to ensure information is correct. For certified sustainable materials we are experienced in working with certification requirements to meet standards such as GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS.
